Halekulani Bakery & Restaurant, located adjacent to the hotel lobby is the first branded food and beverage outlet outside of Halekulani. Enjoy a variety of artisan breads, pastries, cakes, coffees, and Halekulani signature dragees at the Bakery which provides indoor seating or outdoor lanai seating for those who prefer to “grab and go.” The restaurant offers all-day dining and features a locally inspired menu using indigenous ingredients. Halekulani’s Executive Pastry Chef, Mark Freischmidt, leads the bakery operation, working with Head Baker, Tatsuhiro Kaneshiro, from the acclaimed Imperial Hotel Tokyo, who brings with him the classic art of bread making.

Bread & Buzz

Join us for a fusion of the senses featuring the unique pairing of beverages with our signature baked breads. A notable industry expert (from sommeliers, master brewers, and distillers) will be on hand each month to provide insight on their products and Chef de Cuisine, Aaron Furuto, will provide light bites to accompany. $29 per person. Reservations recommended.
