Based on single or double occupancy. Discount extended to all current residents of the State of Hawaii who possess a valid Hawaii Driver’s License, Valid Hawaii State ID, or a current major utility bill (electric, gas, water) with guests’ name and address. All guestroom and suite rates are subject to the prevailing Hawaii State General Excise Tax at 4.712%, Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax at 10.25% and Oahu Transient Accommodations Tax at 3% (combined rate of 17.962%). *Please note, beginning January 1, 2026, the Hawaii State Accommodation Tax will increase from 10.25% to 11.00%.  Tax rates are subject to change without notice from the State of Hawaii and the City & County of Honolulu. Third party charge is $76 + tax daily. Valid for dates of stay through December 20, 2025 and is based on space availability and excludes black-out dates. Black out dates are December 21, 2025 through January 2, 2026. Not applicable to other packages and promotions and is non-transferable to a future stay.
