Check in time is 3:00 pm; check out time is 12:00 noon. Please provide your flight information prior to arrival so that we are able to anticipate your hotel arrival time. With this information, we will do our best to accommodate you upon your arrival, however if we are not able to provide an early check in or late check out, we do have our complimentary hospitality suite, located on the eighth floor with our business center.

There is no additional charge for one child 17 years old and under when utilizing the existing bedding.
Cribs are offered on a complimentary basis.

Maximum of three persons to a room; third person (18 years and older) is an additional $95 + taxes per night.

Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited in all guest rooms and guest room lanais. There is a designated smoking area located next to the Gatehouse waterfall adjacent to the front entrance of the hotel. All other areas of the hotel are prohibited by Hawaii State Law

Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits2021-07-10T19:47:46+00:00

To guarantee reservations, a credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking the reservation.
Cancellations received within 72 hours or non-arriving guests will be assessed a one-night’s room charge with applicable taxes. May vary according to the season.

Suite Deposit/Cancellation:
A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking and will be assessed one-night’s room charge with applicable tax 30 days prior to arrival. Full non-refundable prepayment of room rate and applicable tax is subsequently required 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will be assessed a one-night’s room charge. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival are subject to full cancel charge of room rate and applicable tax. May vary according to the season.

Roundtrip airport transfers and car rentals may be arranged in advance through our Guest Relations team. Please contact them at 808-921-7272 or email them at guest.relations@halepuna.com for rates and availability. In addition, for hire shared airport shuttle service and taxis, along with public and private transportation, are available from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL).

Wifi is complimentary at Halepuna. When you open a browser while on property on either your laptop or mobile phone, a window will appear with a button to click to allow your device to access the wifi connection.

Halepuna guests have exclusive access to the Halepuna pool. Halekulani’s pool is not available for Halepuna guest use.

Parking can be found in the Halekulani / Halepuna Waikiki parking lot, which is located on Kalia Road. It is for $40 self-park; $40 valet parking. Parking validation is provided for Halekulani Bakery and Restaurant customers for the first hour.
